Michele Pilotte

Michele Pilotte is an experienced legal professional with a focus on intellectual property and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior IP Counsel at Azenta Life Sciences since February 2022, Michele previously held positions such as Associate General Counsel at IDEMIA, providing comprehensive legal counsel for North American entities, and Deputy Legal and Compliance Counsel at Public Consulting Group, where Michele handled complex contracts and compliance issues. Earlier experience includes roles at Johnson Matthey as Associate General Counsel, where Michele advised global affiliates on corporate and intellectual property matters, as well as positions at Pharm-Eco Laboratories, Ricklefs & Company, and as a Licensing Specialist intern at the National Institutes of Health. Michele holds a BA in Biology from Clark University and Juris Doctor degrees in Intellectual Property Law and Patents from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.
