Smitha Rao

Smitha Rao currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Azentio Software, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Smitha worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources at DataWeave from January 2022 to April 2023, and as the Global Human Resources Director for the APAC and EMEA regions at HireRight from November 2020 to November 2021. Additional experience includes serving as the Senior Director of Talent & Culture at Unbxd Inc from September 2017 to November 2020, and various roles at Akamai Technologies from 2005 to 2017, including Human Resources Business Partner and Program Manager II. Earlier career roles were held at Speedera Networks, Bharti Airtel Limited, and Gulf Conversion Company LLC, predominantly in executive assistant positions. Smitha Rao is an alumnus of Bangalore University.
