Spencer Ball

Spencer Ball is senior vice president of human resources at PureTech, where he leads staffing and recruitment strategies, leadership development, compensation and talent engagement. Prior to joining PureTech, Mr. Ball was director of talent acquisition and executive search for PARAXEL, where he managed PAREXEL's senior level recruiting efforts in the U.S. and Europe. Mr. Ball was also president of Ball & Company, Inc., a healthcare focused retainer based executive search firm, and vice president and managing director at J. Robert Scott, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity Investments. Prior to that, Mr. Ball was associated with two regional executive search firms focused on healthcare and financial services. Mr. Ball received a BS in business administration from Bryant University.
