Sevinj Mirkishiyeva

Sevinj Mirkishiyeva, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and customer service across multiple industries. Currently employed at Azərbaycan Dəmir Yolları - ADY / Azerbaijan Railways since April 2021, Sevinj has held various positions including Specialist in Learning and Development, Specialist in Talent Management, and Human Resources Specialist. Prior to this role, Sevinj worked at Bank of Baku OJSC from April 2013 to April 2021 as the Leading Customer Service Department and Customer Service Specialist. Sevinj started the career at the Administration of State Historical-Architectural Reserve Icherisheher HCRS as a Specialist in Tourism and Related Services from October 2010 to April 2013. Sevinj holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Azerbaijan State University of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Azerbaijan University of Foreign Languages. Currently, Sevinj is pursuing a Certificate in Human Resources Management at Baku Management School.
