Tural Abbasli

Tural Abbasli, PMP®, currently serves as Advisor to the Chairman and CAPEX Construction Project Management Department Head at Azərbaycan Dəmir Yolları - ADY since January 2023, and also holds the position of COP29 PMO Head at the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport since March 2024. Previously, Tural was a Project Manager at SOCAR Downstream Management from February 2021 to January 2023, and a Senior Project Engineer at Worley from July 2018 to February 2021. Tural has also held project management and engineering roles in various organizations, including Azercosmos OJSCo, SOCAR Foster Wheeler Engineering LLC, and Foster Wheeler Italiana. Tural possesses strong academic credentials, including a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Warwick and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business, as well as a B.Sc. in Automation Engineer Technology from Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University.
