Javanshir Bayramov has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Javanshir is currently working at the Azerbaijan Tourism Board (ATB) as the Deputy CEO. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Communications at ATB and Executive Assistant to the CEO. In 2021, Javanshir worked at the State Tourism Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan as a Leading Advisor at the International Relations Department, where they were responsible for cooperation with international organizations and protocol division. Before that, they served as the International Cooperation Manager at the "FUD SITI" wholesale and retail food center. Javanshir also has experience as an International Desk Assistant at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, an Intern at the European Parliament, an International Relations Manager at Ireli Public Union, an Intern at the Org Committee of the 4th World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue, an Intern at AmCham Azerbaijan, an Intern at the Org Committee of the UNAOC 7th Global Forum, and a Pool Operator at US Aquatics.
Javanshir Bayramov completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relations at Qafqaz Universiteti from 2013 to 2018. Javanshir then pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Cooperation on Human Rights and Intercultural Heritage at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 2018 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Javanshir obtained several certifications, including the EU Training School for Civil Servants from the Institute for Development and Diplomacy in October 2022, International Organizations Management from the University of Geneva in October 2022, and the Advanced Foreign Service Program (AFSP) from the Institute for Development and Diplomacy in April 2022.
