Orkhan Nabiyev

Orkhan Nabiyev is an experienced university lecturer currently affiliated with Azerbaijan Technical University and Azerbaijan University of Languages, specializing in International Business and Regional Studies. Orkhan has held prominent roles in international relations and project management, including positions at the Innovation and Digital Development Agency and the European Union, where responsibilities included developing international strategies, delivering projects, and mentoring on entrepreneurship. Previous experience spans public relations and communications, having worked as both an Executive Director and PR Manager at various organizations, enhancing stakeholder relationships and managing events. Orkhan holds multiple master's degrees in American Studies and Development Cooperation, as well as a bachelor's degree in International Relations and Law from Baku State University.
