Ayten Abasaliyeva

Ayten Abasaliyeva currently serves as the Head of Section in the Special Projects Department focusing on Digital Payment Operations at Azercell Telecom LLC since June 2022. Prior to this role, Ayten held positions at PASHA Bank OJSC from April 2018 to June 2022, progressing from Senior Specialist to Team Leader in the Clearing and Settlement department, specifically dealing with bank cards. Earlier experience includes a role as Head of the Plastic Card Product Control Operations Division at Unibank from September 2011 to February 2016, along with a Chief Specialist role in the Plastic Card Department at the same institution from September 2006 to April 2009. Ayten began professional career as a Chief Engineer Programmer at the Azerbaijan State Advanced Training Institute for Doctors named after A. Aliyev from December 2003 to September 2006. Ayten holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in FAPP from the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, completed between 1999 and 2005.
