Elshad Sultanov

Elshad Sultanov has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as a Products and Services Configuration and Management expert engineer at Azercell Telecom LLC since February 2005. Key responsibilities have included supporting and maintaining in-house developed applications, managing continuous integration systems, handling complaint resolutions, and implementing enhancements to improve software efficiency. Previously, Elshad held various engineering roles focusing on service integration, application operations, and internal communications. Prior to Azercell, Elshad worked as a Helpdesk Agent at "OXYGEN" Internet Service Provider, providing troubleshooting and internet access solutions. Elshad holds a Bachelor's degree in Automation Systems and Software Engineering from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, completed in 2003.
