Faig Dadashov

Faig Dadashov is a seasoned professional in customer relations, currently serving as the Customer Relations Department Director at both Aztelekom and Baktelecom since 2021. Previously, they held significant roles at Azercell Telecom LLC, including Director of Customer Care & Omni Channel Management and Customer Channels Department Director, where they managed numerous customer support initiatives and regional offices. Faig has also contributed to Ncell as a consultant and has extensive experience in retail and sales management, starting their career as an accountant in a kindergarten. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Automated Systems of Information Processing and Management from The Institute of Computer Information Technologies and a Master’s degree in Business Management from VILNIUS TECH.
