Inga Dobrovolskaya

Inga Dobrovolskaya has extensive experience in the telecommunications and digital solutions sectors, currently serving as the Head of Digital Solutions & SM Unit at Azercell Telecom LLC since August 2017. Inga has progressively advanced within Azercell, holding positions such as Digital Solutions & SM Expert, Senior Specialist, and Specialist. Prior to this, Inga worked as a Digital Account Manager at Starcom Middle East from April 2015 to August 2017. Inga holds a degree in Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics from Baku State University, completed between 2009 and 2013.
