Rashad Aliyev

Rashad Aliyev is a skilled RAN Optimization senior engineer with extensive experience in radio network optimization, primarily at Azercell Telecom LLC since May 2015. Rashad's expertise includes LTE-A, LTE, WCDMA, and GSM technologies, working with leading vendors such as Ericsson, Huawei, and Nokia. Prior to this role, Rashad served as a Reporting Engineer at Bakcell from August 2014 to May 2015, where responsibilities included preparing network performance reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring data consistency across network elements. Rashad's career began as an RF engineer and optimization specialist at Azercell (Opticon) from February 2012 to July 2014, focusing on RF network planning and analyzing RF drive test data. Rashad holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, both from Azerbaijan State Economic University.
