Rufat Shirinov

Rufat Shirinov is an experienced professional in sales and business management with a strong background in telecommunications and consumer goods. Currently serving as the SME&SOHO Management section manager and Unit head for B2B/SME and SoHo Segment Management at Azercell Telecom LLC since May 2017, Rufat has previously held key roles at PepsiCo from April 2012 to April 2017, including Product & Business Activity Manager and Territorial Sales Manager. Early career experiences include positions at Belfood MMC as a Key Account Representative, Sham-Fi LLC as a Sales Representative, and co-founding CG-RS as an Executive Partner. Rufat holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Credit from Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
