Head Of Omni-channel Service Improvement Unit at Azercell Telecom LLC

Samira Huseynova has extensive experience in customer service and public administration, currently serving as the Head of the Omni-Channel Service Improvement unit at Azercell Telecom LLC since October 2009. In this role, Samira oversees the B2C Marketing and Customer Experience Management block. Previous positions at Azercell include Head of Unit Customer Documentation Control, Senior Representative, and Representative in customer relations. Additionally, Samira has been actively involved in local governance as the Chairman of the Social Issues and Youth Commission at Narimanov Municipality since January 2010 and as a member of the National Delegation of Azerbaijan at the Council of Europe/The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities. Samira holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Azerbaijan State Economic University and a bachelor's degree in Public and Municipality Administration from the Academy of Public Administration under the President.
