Zarina Alimirzoyeva

Zarina Alimirzoyeva is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer interactions and quality management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Interactions and Fixed Operations, as well as the Head of Fix and Multi-skilled Contact Center Unit at Azerconnect LLC since April 2017, Zarina has demonstrated leadership and expertise in various operational roles. Previously, Zarina held positions at Bakcell, including Team Leader and Head of Quality Management and Training & Coaching from 2016 to 2017. Zarina possesses a Bachelor's degree from Azerbaijan State Economic University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
