Behruz Memmedyarov

Behruz Memmedyarov is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in payroll, HR budgeting, and organizational structure management. Currently serving as the Head of Payroll, HR Budget and Operations Department at Azersun Holding since December 2020, Behruz oversees HR processes utilizing the SAP HR Program and ensures accurate financial integration of employee expenses. Previous roles include Human Resources Department Manager at "Sun Tea" Tea Factory LLC, where recruitment and personnel record-keeping were primary responsibilities, and Chief Internal Auditor at Azersun Holding, focusing on HR audits. Other notable positions include Lead Human Resources Specialist at İntersun Management Company and a role supporting educational initiatives at The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Behruz began the professional journey as a volunteer legal adviser at Transparency International Azerbaijan and holds a Bachelor's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Qafqaz Universiteti.
