Dan Bertrand

Dan Bertrand has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they traveled to New Zealand and Australia for work and travel. In 2016, they began working for France Stores - Réseau Komilfo as a Fitter of Blinds - Team Leader, where they were responsible for worksite supervision, scheduling, and cost and revenue concerns. From 2019 to 2022, they were employed at SYKES as a Customer Service representative, handling calls and emails from people experiencing issues with their accounts or hardware. Dan was also responsible for problem solving and troubleshooting for the PlayStation sector in French-speaking countries and training in English based on frequently updated Confluence articles. Currently, Dan Bertrand is employed at azeti GmbH as a Frontend Software Engineer.

Dan Bertrand is currently enrolled in The Hacking Project, where they are studying Programmation/développeur informatique, général. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Université Lumière Lyon 2 in 2013. Dan also holds certifications from agile42 in Agile Foundations and Scrum Foundations, which they obtained in January 2022.
