Jeremy Fearnley

Jeremy Fearnley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Group Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Azets since January 2022, Jeremy focuses on driving geographical expansion and enhancing solution propositions through strategic acquisitions. Prior to this, Jeremy held the position of Global Head of Strategy and M&A at Equiom Group, where responsibilities included executing the growth strategy for a private equity-backed organization. Earlier experience includes leading M&A efforts at KPMG Corporate Finance in Hong Kong and Southern China, advising on significant transactions such as the $5 billion sale of Wing Hang Bank. Jeremy's career began at KPMG UK in audit services. Jeremy holds a Master of Arts in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University.
