John Kean is currently a Partner in Private Client Tax at Azets, having begun this role in 2025. Previously, they served as a Senior Manager for Personal Tax at Chiene + Tait from 2021 to 2023 and as a Private Client Tax Manager at Anderson Anderson & Brown LLP from 2018 to 2021, where they advised individuals on tax compliance, particularly around Inheritance Tax and Trust issues. John also held positions at Condies as a Tax Senior and at EY as a Tax Assistant early in their career. They completed a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering at The University of Edinburgh from 2005 to 2010.
