Neil Martin

Neil Martin currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Azets since March 2024. Prior to this role, Neil held various significant positions, including Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer at RM plc from September 2015 to August 2023. As Chief Financial Officer at The Adecco Group from October 2008 to September 2015, Neil managed finance functions for the UK's largest recruitment organization, overseeing substantial revenues and a large workforce. Neil's previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Spring Group plc and Barkers, as well as a series of financial leadership positions at ExxonMobil and its subsidiaries. Neil graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes University in 1994.
