Richard Major

Richard Major is a Chartered Taxation Adviser and member of the Association of Taxation Technicians with extensive experience in private client tax advisory. They served as a founding partner at Dow Schofield Watts Private Client Tax LLP from 2018 to 2020, providing specialist tax advice to high net worth individuals, trusts, and family groups. Prior to this role, Richard worked as a Private Client Tax Adviser at Deloitte UK from 2001 to 2006, and as a Private Client Adviser at Sagars Accountants Ltd from 2006 to 2018. From 2020 to 2021, they held the position of Private Clients Partner at Garbutt + Elliott. Currently, Richard is the National Head of Private Client Tax at Azets.
