Vikki Lodge

Vikki Lodge is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in various HR roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Azets since December 2021, Vikki previously held positions such as ER Specialist and HR Advisor at CooperVision, where responsibilities included employee relations, recruitment, and HR project work. Vikki also acted as an Employee Relations Advisor at Carnival UK, providing support across diverse environments, and served as an HR Advisor at Skandia and The Co-operative Group, focusing on employee relations and HR policy implementation. Early career experience includes roles at Integrated Cleaning Management and IBM, where Vikki gained expertise in HR administration, data analysis, and employee compensation.
