Nursultan A. began their work experience in 2014 as a System Administrator at Chaarat Gold Holdings Limited, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined MICROSCAPE as an Information Technology Specialist, working until 2019. Currently, from April 2022, they are employed as a Software Engineer at Azibo.

Nursultan A. completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering at the American University of Central Asia (AUCA) from 2012 to 2016. In 2019 and 2020, they pursued further education in Computer Software Engineering at 42 Silicon Valley. In 2021, they earned a Certificate in Computer Software Engineering from App Academy.
