Abhay Phansikar

Abhay Phansikar has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles within the technology industry. Abhay started their career at Tata Electric as a Senior Executive Engineer and worked there for 11 years. Abhay then joined Onward Technologies as a Business Manager for three years before moving on to Tech Mahindra, where they held the position of Group Head for three years. Following that, they worked at Rave Technologies as a Vice President for four years. Abhay also served as the COO, President-UK & PreSales, and Director Hamlet at Core Projects & Technologies Ltd, where they held various positions, including COO, Head of ODC, and President of the UK business. At Core Projects, they also led three acquisitions and played a critical role in setting up and growing the offshore development center, as well as the business in 3D technology and product development. Currently, they are the Business Development Director at Azilen Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Abhay Phansikar completed their Master of Engineering degree in Electronics & Control Systems from the University of Mumbai between the years 1979 and 1984.
