Krista Muhr

Ms. Muhr is an experienced corporate board member and has been an advisor to both corporate and trade association boards during her 10 years in executive leadership roles. Throughout her nearly 20-year career in global metals and mining, Krista has led award winning investor relations programs, been a key team leader in both friendly and hostile acquisitions totaling $7B, and participated in bought-deal financings worth over $320M.

Most recently as Senior Vice President, External Affairs and Sustainability for Eldorado Gold, Krista served as a key member of the executive team and was charged with formulating and executing strategic stakeholder communications and sustainability initiatives consistent with the overall corporate strategy. Krista led one integrated team, including investor relations, communications, government relations and sustainability. While in this role, Krista also served as the corporate representative on various board memberships, including the Mining Association of Canada and the Canadian Mining Innovation Council.

Krista is currently a member of Meta Gold Inc. and Ensign Minerals Inc. Board of Directors. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University and Corporate Directors International designation. She is based in British Columbia.
