Mike Koehler

Michael Koehler is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Solar Development for the Midwest Region at Azimuth Renewables since 2022. Prior to this role, Koehler held the positions of Vice President of Solar Business Development and Chief of Staff at Gardner Capital, Inc. from 2016 to 2022, where leadership in solar PV business activities and corporate operations was key. Earlier experience includes working as a Renewable Energy Market Analyst at KARBONE in 2015, a Research Assistant at The Wilson Center from 2014 to 2015, and an Economic Policy Intern at the U.S. Department of State in 2012. Koehler holds a Master of Arts in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wartburg College.
