Rosa Gonzalez

Rosa is responsible for all inside sales. Rosa has been working with the Zaiser family for the past 8 years in various different roles but primarily in inside sales and as a Program Manager. Under these duties, she works directly with customers ensuring their needs are met. Furthermore, Rosa assists in recruiting new personnel. As a certified internal and external ISO-9001:2008 auditor, Rosa also assists the Director of Quality in preparing for audits. Additional duties include handling communications with the ATF and other government agencies related to the weapons industry. Prior to joining the Zaiser family, Rosa worked for the State of Florida’s current Governor, Rick Scott, at Richard Scott Investments.
