Filipe Trindade has over two decades of experience in telecommunications and network management, currently serving as a Delivery Manager at Azion Technologies since November 2014, where responsibilities include coordinating the delivery of network elements and managing supplier contracts globally. Previously, Filipe held the role of Customer Service Manager at Azion, achieving notable customer satisfaction results through effective team management. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Unirede Soluções Corporativas and holding various positions at Terra from May 2000 to July 2013, including Network Team Lead and Sr. Network Engineer, focusing on network planning, design, and security. Filipe holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Business from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, an MBA in Project Management from FGV, and a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Systems Analysis from FARGS.
