Kyle Farrell has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1999 with Pfizer. There, they served as a Professional Healthcare Representative for five years before becoming a Therapeutic Specialty Representative. In 2006, Kyle joined IKARIA, Inc., where they held various positions including Critical Care Business Manager, National Account Manager, Regional Business Director, Senior Director National Accounts, and Vice President - National Accounts. In 2019, they became the Vice President Sales at Aziyo Biologics, Inc. Throughout their career, Kyle has demonstrated a strong background in sales and national accounts management.

Kyle Farrell earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Southwestern College, where they studied from 1993 to 1995.
