Imthiaz Jan is a seasoned Head of HR with over 18 years of experience in the UAE, GCC, and MENA regions. They have held leadership roles in various companies, including Arabia Holdings Limited, Al Faris Group, and ETA Group of Companies, where they focused on HR operations, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Imthiaz obtained an MSc in Software Engineering and an MBA in Human Resource Development from Periyar University and achieved the FCIPD qualification in Human Resources Management. Currently, they serve as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Azizi Developments, driving people strategies aligned with business objectives.
