Rhia David R. Edwards

David R. Edwards, RHIA has a strong background in health information management. David R. began their career in 1976 as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy, where they served until 1996. In 2000, they joined Quadramed Corp as a Senior Consultant in the HIM Division, before moving on to Interlakes Health in 2003, where they worked as the Director of Health Information Management until 2008. David R. then worked at Northern Cochise Community Hospital as the Director of Health Information Management from 2009 to 2011. Since 2011, Edwards has been the Director of Health Information Management at Kingman Regional Medical Center.

David R. Edwards, RHIA pursued their education in the field of Health Information/Medical Records Administration/Administration in a chronological manner. From 1996 to 1998, they attended SUNY Adirondack and obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Health Information/Medical Records Administration/Administrator. Following this, they enrolled at SUNY Polytechnic Institute from 1998 to 2000 and earned a Bachelor of Professional Studies (BPH) degree in the same field.
