Shawn Butler has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Shawn started their career as a Physical Therapist at Jamestown Physical Therapy in 2002 and worked there until 2005. Shawn then worked as a Travel Physical Therapist for Travel Therapy from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Kingman Regional Medical Center as the Clinical Coordinator of Outpatient Therapy, where they supervised staff and opened new service lines such as the Dizziness and Balance Center, Mountain View PT, and Audiology Services. In 2012, they were promoted to the role of Director of Therapy at the same company and continued in that position until 2017. Currently, Shawn is the Orthopedic Service Line Director at Kingman Regional Medical Center, a position they have held since May 2017. Additionally, they also worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at Mohave Community College from 2009 to 2016.

Shawn Butler attended Webster High School from 1994 to 1997, where they pursued the Honors/Regents High School/Secondary Diploma Program and successfully completed it. Following their high school education, Shawn went on to enroll at Daemen University from 1997 to 2002. During their time at the university, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist.
