Bastiaan Bovy is a project manager at AZL since February 2015, focusing on the transition of pension funds and ensuring accurate implementation in systems. Bovy has held various roles, including PMO officer and project manager during a traineeship, where project management skills were honed through the introduction of a new portal for pension fund employers. Bovy has also served as a board member for the Young Professionals at Brightlands Smart Services Campus and worked as a recruiter at Bijlesnetwerk, where talent acquisition for tutoring services was a primary responsibility. Bovy holds a Master of Science in International Business from Maastricht University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Radboud University, complemented by several professional certifications in project management and pension administration.
