Cindy Beusen has extensive experience at AZL since April 2006, where roles have included Teammanager A and Coördinator Unit Periodieke Events, focusing on establishing a new department responsible for periodic processes within participant administration. Cindy has served as Teamleidster Periodieke Events on a temporary basis, overseeing the setup of the Periodieke Events department during a leadership absence. Additionally, as Coördinator Werkgeversadministratie, Cindy manages a team responsible for timely communication with employer clients associated with industry pension funds. The career began as a Rechtsvaststeller Pensioenen while still a student, followed by full-time employment at AZL post-graduation. Since January 2017, Cindy has also been a co-owner of Fire+ResQ BV, which specializes in coaching and training fire department personnel.
