Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at Azora is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of real estate investment projects, from initial acquisition and restructuring to management, repositioning, and eventual sale of assets. This team ensures all projects adhere to Azora’s principles of profitability, integrity, transparency, and sustainability, while innovating and creating value in untapped markets. Comprised mainly of multiple Project Directors and a Senior Technical Project Manager, the team coordinates cross-functional efforts to achieve optimal results and high cash generation with a low-risk profile.
