Spencer Schwartz

Spencer Schwartz served as the EVP and Chief Financial Officer at Atlas Air from 2008 to 2023. They are currently a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee at Azorra, as well as a Board Member for Junior Achievement of the Hudson Valley, Inc. and the External Accounting Advisory Board at Penn State University. Spencer's past experience includes roles as Acting Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Senior Vice President at MasterCard International, with additional managerial experience at Carl Zeiss. They earned an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS from Penn State University.
