Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic product retail, compliance assistance, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has also held the role of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Prior experiences include ownership and management at Barbería El Galgo Negro and work as a nutritionist at a private practice, along with a teaching position at a vocational school where Mariana taught courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
