Kate Baker

Kate Baker is an accomplished tax and treasury professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Presently serving as the Tax & Treasury Director at Aztec Group since May 2025, previous positions include Tax Director for Asia at Carlsberg Group and Group Head of Tax at Nord Anglia Education. Kate has also held significant roles at SABMiller, overseeing tax responsibilities across the Asia-Pacific region, and at VISTRA as Group Head of Tax and Treasury. Academic credentials include a BA Hons in Business and Accounting from the University of Exeter, obtained from 1998 to 2001.
