Shane Hatch

Shane Hatch is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Financial Reporting Manager at Aztec Group since June 2016, with a progression from Trainee Corporate Accountant to Senior Corporate Accountant. Prior to Aztec Group, Shane held positions as a Customer Service Assistant at Waitrose and completed a Finance Placement at Talley Group, where responsibilities included managing the sales ledger and conducting expense analysis for audits. Shane also gained valuable leadership experience as a Team Leader at The Co-operative Group, where decision-making regarding store operations was a key function. Shane is a Chartered Accountant through ICAEW and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Portsmouth.
