Akos Farkas

Akos Farkas is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in blockchain technology and software development. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Aztec, Akos brings a wealth of knowledge from previous roles, including Senior Software Engineer at Matter Labs, where involvement in the zkSync Era project and Zero Knowledge technology was pivotal. Prior experiences encompass a Research Engineer position at Protocol Labs, where work focused on blockchain systems like Filecoin, and a Consultant role at BabylonChain Inc. with a focus on Cosmos SDK. Akos has built innovative solutions at organizations such as Input Output (IOHK), CasperLabs, and dunnhumby, contributing to various projects through the application of diverse programming languages and technical skills. Akos holds a Master of Science in Bank Management from the Nemzetközi Bankárképző and a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
