Joe Andrews

Joe Andrews has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Joe started their career as a Year in Industry Student at Invensys Controls, where they gained valuable skills in Solid Edge, Excel, Word, teamwork, project management, and communication. During their time there, they successfully reduced TRV Valve testing time and achieved significant cost savings.

Joe then went on to work as a Software Engineering Intern at Carhoots.com, where they honed their skills in JavaScript, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, Backbone.js, and Mixpanel Analytics.

After that, they co-founded and served as the Lead Developer at Chefler, a company that focused on server deployment and maintenance, database design, and utilized technologies such as Node.js, Redis, JavaScript, MongoDB, Angular.js, and Stripe API.

Joe also co-founded Radish, which was later acquired by Tovala. As the Chief Technology Officer, they played a key role in the development of a mobile app that offered healthy meals delivered hot to customers' doors in just 15 minutes. The app received significant media attention and was featured in Forbes, Inc., Eater, Crain's, and Thrillist.

Following their time at Radish, Joe joined Entrepreneur First as an EF9 Cohort Member, where they further expanded their entrepreneurial skills and network.

In 2018, Joe took on the role of Head of Product at AZTEC Protocol and CreditMint, where they utilized their expertise in product development and leadership.

Throughout their career, Joe has showcased their ability to adapt and excel in various roles and industries, demonstrating their versatility and passion for innovation.

Joe Andrews attended Imperial College London from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Materials Science.
