Santiago Palladino is a Principal Engineer at Aztec, focusing on the development of Aztec3, a decentralized zero-knowledge rollup for Ethereum since March 2023. As a Council Member at The Graph since October 2020, Santiago contributes to governance regarding technical upgrades and community treasury management for protocol development. Previously, Santiago served as a Technical Mentor at Zeitgeist, assisting teams in the web3 space with technical and security guidance from October 2021 to March 2023. Santiago's extensive experience includes a role as Director of Development at OpenZeppelin, where leadership in web3-focused DevSecOps SaaS platform development and security research took place. Earlier career roles span from Tech Project Manager and Lead Developer at Manas Technology Solutions to various development positions in other companies, including Braier y Asociados and Sistemas Bejerman, complemented by teaching roles at Universidad de Buenos Aires. Santiago holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Buenos Aires.
