Tim leads Azteca Omega’s finance, treasury, and accounting functions and oversees all financial suite aspects. Tim has 16 years of experience, with 13 years concentrated in construction and logistics financial management. As CFO, he touches several areas– accounting, treasury, financial planning, IT and has linked finance with operations to improve productivity, efficiency, and bottom-line results. Tim is adept at developing team-driven process improvements to increase revenue growth, operational efficiency, and overall profitability for the organization. His ability to create and implement complex financial strategies guides the company’s capital structure. An innovative and forward-thinking leader, Tim consistently develops strategic ideas and solutions to improve operations leading to continued growth for AOG.
