Ingvild Stølen

IAM developer at Aztek

Ingvild Stølen has diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Ingvild started their career in 2006 as a barkeeper and co-owner of a small bar in Trondheim, where they managed various tasks including staff management, bartending, inventory, accounting, and tax reports. In 2010, they worked as a secretary at E.C. Dahls Eiendom until 2011.

From 2012 to 2013, Ingvild served as a project manager at Oikos - Økologisk Norge, where they collected data and developed statistics for government approvals. Additionally, they advised music festivals and other events on climate-friendly catering, trade, and suppliers.

In 2013, they joined Eress as a project manager, responsible for maintaining partner relationships in Denmark, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. Ingvild'sduties included collecting and suggesting change requests, project planning, budgeting, and quality assurance.

From 2018 to 2020, Ingvild worked at DotNet Internals AS as a project manager and DPO. Ingvild focused on implementing identity management systems for customers, ensuring high-functioning and tailored IAM systems were operational. Ingvild collaborated with a team of developers, managing projects related to municipality and county mergers in Norway.

In 2020, they joined CoWork AS as a CoWorker, contributing to the company's operations until 2023. Currently, they work as an IAM developer at Aztek, starting in 2023.

Ingvild Stølen holds a Master's degree in Applied Computer and Information Technology from OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University, which they obtained between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2016 to 2019. In 2013, they received a Master of Science (MS) degree in Energy economics and finance from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB), where they had studied from 2011 to 2013. Ingvild also holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST), which they earned between 2007 and 2010. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the "ST1x: Automated Software Testing: Unit Testing, Coverage Criteria and Design for Testability" certification from edX in January 2021 and the "PRINCE2 Foundation" certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2017.
