Isabel Vasserot has extensive experience in corporate affairs and sustainability within the agrifood and nutrition sectors, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability at AB Azucarera Iberia since 1989. Isabel has built a robust communication strategy and represents the organization among various national and international stakeholders. Additionally, Isabel has been an Executive Committee member at the Spanish Sugar Producers Association since 2012 and served as Director at the Instituto Estudios del Azúcar IEDAR until 2021. Early in the career, Isabel worked as a multilingual assistant for the FAO's World Food Day Office. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Digital Communications and Social Media, an expert course in Lobby & Advocacy, and a graduate degree in Advertising and Public Relations.
