Mike has over 25 years of experience in the radiation curing industry and has held various positions in business development, product management, and market development. Mike has a strong background in the areas of UV curable 3D printing, electron beam curing, and high performance coatings.

Mike Idacavage has a PhD in Organometallic Chemistry from Syracuse University and a BS in Chemistry from Drexel University.
