Alex Rios is currently the Coordinator of IT Governance at Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras, responsible for strategic performance indicator management and the development of training initiatives. Previously served as a Business Owner for AzulGPT, overseeing stakeholder alignment and product vision within Corporate Artificial Intelligence. Rios has a rich history in product management and ownership, notably at Mentorama and Cultura Inglesa, where tasks included market analysis, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Rios began a career in education, teaching English as a Foreign Language across various institutions while also contributing to curriculum development and teacher training. Rios holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature and multiple specialized postgraduate qualifications in product management and educational gamification.
