With extensive experience in public relations, customer experience, and communication, Rita holds the position of Public and Customer Relations Executive at WCES, representing the organization across the USA and Latin America. Rita has been integral to Azul Airlines since 2008, advancing from customer experience strategist to podcast host and organizational leader, earning recognition in customer service excellence and operational efficiency. Additionally, Rita contributes to various communities and initiatives, including Conselheiras and Amigos do CX, while also being an educator and speaker.
