Olavo Costa

Olavo Costa is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in project management and systems development. Currently serving as Coordenador de TI - Sistemas at Azul Seguros since January 2021, Olavo oversees the development and maintenance of sales systems, focusing on strategic projects in the auto insurance sector. Prior experience includes roles such as Gerente de TI at SEFAZ RJ, where Olavo managed software development teams and contributed to the creation of IT policies and strategies. Notable achievements include leading software factory implementations, enhancing system quality, and managing significant projects at Petrobras. Olavo holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and a project management extension course from FIRJAN/SENAI/PMI-RJ.
