Igor Ilyin

Igor Ilyin has a diverse work experience in technical support roles. Igor began their career at Devexperts as a Technical Support Specialist, providing support for Java applications in the stock market trading industry. Igor worked with various technologies such as Linux, Solaris, Oracle DB, Python, and bash scripting. Igor then joined Oracle as a Senior Technical Support Specialist, where they remotely supported international customers, specifically MySQL DBAs. Their responsibilities included troubleshooting complex issues at different levels, performance tuning, and providing remote support for MySQL Server and related products. Most recently, Igor joined Azul Systems as a Technical Support Engineer, although the duration of this role is ongoing and not yet specified.
